Chakras are part of the subtle body and control the transformation of subtle energies from higher dimensions into physical energy.
There are many Chakras, located at the junction points of the energy channels (nadis) of the subtle body.

Chakra means “wheel”, they constantly spin the world into existence.
When the Chakras are blocked or clouded, transformation is blocked, creating disharmony and suffering in our life.
When the Chakras are clear and “awakened” the mind and body become balanced and we gain full access to higher realms of existence.
There are said to be 88,000 chakras in the human body. But you need to focus on only 7 of them to unlock your success:
* The Root Chakra– is located at the tailbone area and represents the foundation. It is mostly related to basic needs such as financial independence, money, and food.
* The Sacral Chakra – sits at the lower abdomen and represents the ability to accept others and new experiences. This relates to the sense of abundance, well-being, pleasure, and sexuality.
* The Solar Plexus Chakra – can be found at the upper abdomen. It represents confidence and control. Thus, your self-worth, self-confidence, and self-esteem are channeled from here.
*Heart Chakra- You can find the Heart Chakra at the center of the chest just above the heart. It signifies our capacity to love and controls the aspects of love, joy, and inner peace.
*Throat Chakra – The Throat Chakra represents our ability to communicate. It touches on communication, self-expression and the truth.
