SELF HEALING TECHNIQUE

We all know that everything is made up of 5 basic elements (earth, water, fire, wind and the sky). These elements are called Panchbhoot in hindi and from Humans to Animals, every substance exists because of their presence. These five elements have close relationship with Human Body and the environment. Even our fingers represent these basic elements like:

1.Thumb represents Fire
2. Index or Point finger represents Air,
3. Middle finger represents Ether or Sky,
4. Ring finger represents Earth, and
5. Little finger represents Water

We use our hands every day to do thousands of things, but never really do anything to give them a break. Every finger is connected to different organs, element and takes care of different emotions, by holding each finger for 5 minutes every day, you can heal and balance the basic 5 elements in your body which and eventually you might not need to see the doctor again.

1. Thumb- if you have stress, tension, worries
Hold your thumb for 5 minutes to release all that.

2. Index/Pointer finger- if you have fear/digestion problem, back pain, toothache
Hold your index finger for 5 mins get rid of these above problems

3.Middle finger- if you have anger, frustration, fatigue, mental fatigue, eye strains, dry cough or being indecisive
Hold your middle finger for 5 minutes to get rid of these problems

4.Ring finger- if you are suffering from sadness, grief, bad relationship, breathing problem, and not able to let go of someone/something
Hold your find finger for 5 minutes to get relief from these above mentioned issues

5. Little finger- if you have to cure your heart problems, being too harsh on yourself, trying too hard to bring happiness in your life
Hold your little finger for 5 minutes to help yourself attain what your heart wants

6. And for Palm- Gently press your thumb in middle of your palm for 5 min and to experience overall happiness and to nourish every organ & emotion.

This is what you can do to attain good health, mental peace without medicines.
